Keystone RV Makes Key Management Changes

As Keystone RV enters the new decade, it is strategically realigning its sales organization to intensify focus on its unique ability to deliver enterprise-wide value for dealers and customers.

“There is no question that industry and consumers are evolving,” Keystone RV President and CEO Jeff Runels said. “There are opportunities and challenges that simply didn’t exist five years ago. Keystone’s depth and breadth provide us with the ability to super-serve our dealer partners and owners in a way that our smaller competitors simply cannot. Today, we’re putting a structure in place that will drive growth for the next twenty-five years and beyond.”

Josh Miller, Keystone RV’s new vice president of sales said the change reduces barriers and empowers product managers to move quickly and decisively. “Without question, we have the best product development talent in the industry. From the beginning, the company’s philosophy from has been to provide a great deal of autonomy to the team members that are closest to the customer. With this move, I believe we are strengthening our product managers’ ability to deliver exceptional products.”

Matt Christensen and Jeff Wagner have been promoted to general manager, joining Jason Gill in that role. This senior leadership team will intensify focus on stand-apart innovation and services, including research and development, material and technology leadership, a superior dealer experience, unparalleled warranty and customer service and an evolved marketing engine.

Christensen is an eighteen year industry veteran. With ten years of retail experience, he has a strong dealership perspective and extensive experience with customers. At Keystone RV, Christensen introduced Hideout’s single-axle models and led Cougar to the brand’s best retail performance in its history.

Jeff Wagner has been in the industry for seventeen years, working in all segments from travel trailers to luxury fifth wheels. Wagner most recently oversaw the rapidly expanding Alpine, Avalanche and Laredo brands at Keystone RV. His focus is nurturing both customer and internal relationships and he is excited to have the opportunity develop the industry’s future leaders in his new role.

Prior to his twelve year career at Keystone RV, Jason Gill spent sixteen years on the supplier side of the RV business. This experience provides Gill with a unique perspective on product development and has contributed to some of Keystone RV’s most successful product innovation cycles, including work with the company’s Hideout and Montana brands.

All promotions are effective immediately.
