Used RV Prices Decline Slightly

Used RV prices have begun their annual seasonal decline according to a new report from Black Book. The latest monthly RV Market Commentary report breaks down sales of used motorhomes, fifth wheels and travel trailers. For motorhomes, including type A, B and C units, the average selling price was $46,293, down $2,068 (4.2 percent) from the previous month.

October Wholesale Shipments Down

Total RV shipments ended October with 38,972 wholesale shipments, down 10.5 percent from the 43,568 units shipped last year, according the RV Industry Association’s October survey of manufacturers. Towables totaled 34,866 units for the month, a decrease of 10 percent compared to last year.
