Spader Business Management is offering a variety of training workshops to help RV dealers improve their business. Upcoming workshops will be offered in Chicago, Phoenix and Seattle.

Workshop attendees will gain insight to improve their service departments. The workshop teaches a process-driven, customer-centric system to reap benefits in service management.

Spader Business Management uses time-tested methods service managers can implement to address the unique challenges of this area of the business. Attendees will learn how to simplify and clarify problems areas of the business to streamline operations.

Attendees will learn how to balance expenses, labor rates and efficiency and how to maximize profiles. These methods can be expanded or contracted to meet the needs of any service department. They will also learn how to better define roles and responsibilities in the show, as well as best practices for compensating service staff and how to make the best use of technicians’ time.

Attendees will also learn how to effectively manage emergencies while increasing customer satisfaction.
