The Mike Molino RV Learning Center and strategic partner KPA will host a free webinar on Wednesday, May 27 at 1:00 p.m. EST titled “Return to Work Safely: Employee Well-being in a Post-Pandemic Era.”
KPA’s HR staff will offer guidance for how employers can support employees’ wellbeing and help them adjust to the “new normal.”

- How to work with employees afraid to return to work
- About ADA Reasonable Accommodations and remaining at home
- How to handle stress about returning to work
- About using a phased approach to return to work
- How to improve morale
